The Fundraising Committee works to ensure that Friends of CLN maintains adequate resources to manage the Little Notch property and sustain organizational operations. This committee works with the Executive Director to develop and implement a variety of fundraising strategies including solicitation of prospective individual donors; researching and writing of foundation grants; building relationships with corporations and local businesses; designing and hosting fundraising events; and facilitating legacy gifts.

The Membership Committee is responsible for creating and maintaining connections with people who love Little Notch and are invested in its future. This committee works closely with the fundraising committee to design and implement outreach strategies that will engage and motivate people to support financially, as well as through volunteer efforts and in-kind donations. This committee also coordinates and hosts the annual summer Membership Meeting.
Camper Voice—Karen Obertubbesing
The Camper Voice Committee engages with young people under 21 to ensure their perspectives are central to the vision of Little Notch. This committee meets monthly, combining work and fun by bringing together past, present and future young stewards of Little Notch to build community and generate ideas for programing and youth outreach.
The Property Committee works to ensure that Little Notch is a safe, habitable, and well-maintained environment able to host visitors and programs. It is the role of this committee to continually increase the sustainability of all Little Notch facilities and operations. The Property Committee works closely with the Executive Director in prioritizing property improvements and organizing volunteer work events.
