Camp Little Notch is looking for an energetic Camp Director with demonstrated experience to run our flagship three-week girls program followed by our first-ever week of boys programming, incorporating the same camper-led planning that makes our girls program so powerful. This rewarding position will train and manage staff for two distinct programs with camper-led planning as their foundation. Love the Adirondacks and everything camp? Camp Little Notch is seeking a seasonal site director for spring, summer and fall weekend programs, rental groups, and open camping. Join us and enjoy our 443 acres of wilderness and 80-acre private lake as your work setting.
- Serve as site manager for rental groups, open camping, and Friends of Camp Little Notch weekend events.
- Promote Camp Little Notch and build community through positive and enthusiastic engagement with guests and campers.
- Work in collaboration with executive director, business manager and event chairs to ensure successful weekend programs and facilitate positive camp experiences from reservation to check-out, including maintaining proper paper/electronic records and reporting.
- Help to market CLN’s facilities and programs to potential guests.
The site director is in residence May through mid-June and mid-August through mid-October, during all events, rentals and open camping.
