Visit Camp Little Notch at our Winter Open House, Saturday, December 30, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Come breathe some crisp fresh air, listen to the murmur of water and the tinkle of new ice, and clear your head of Holiday static! Make some snow angels! Take some beautiful pictures! Take a moment to enjoy the peace and beauty and to reflect upon the past year. Hike the Furnace Trail! Invite your friends for a winter picnic and hike. We will have Brook Haven all warmed up and have some hot drinks and snacks you can enjoy by the fire. Families welcome! Dogs welcome!

If there is no snow we can drive right in; if there is snow we can park by the trailheads and walk or snowshoe the mile into camp.
You will need to sign in and out of camp, sign a waiver, and have proof of rabies vaccination for your dogs. This hike may be cancelled due to inclement weather. If this happens, it will be announced in our FB page, and all confirmed attendees will be emailed.

Fall Stewardship Weekend is a great opportunity to learn how to care for a wilderness camp property and help make sure Little Notch is put to rest for the winter. All skill levels and physical abilities are welcome and needed. Parent and camper families, members, and community volunteer groups are welcome and encouraged to join us. Projects may include taking down tents, closing the kitchen, closing program areas, clearing roads and trails, and more. Work alongside friends and family amid the magnificent fall colors. All participants will work for six hours each day, leaving time to enjoy CLN in the afternoon and evening. Arrive Friday after 3:00 p.m.; depart by 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Cost for 3 overnights (includes food): Adults-$90; Children-$63. Children 5 and under are free. Partial weekend rates are available on registration form. Stewardship projects begin at 9:00 a.m. each day.
Women’s Weekend is a special time for all Little Notch women—past, present, and future. This is a low-key time to visit camp, hang out, and enjoy nature and each other’s company. Swimming and boating will be available, as well as other activities based on interest. Alcohol-free living space will be available. Come relax and enjoy the magic. Arrive Friday after 3:00 p.m.; depart by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. Cost for 2 overnights (includes food): $100/person (adult women only). Partial weekend rates are available on the registration form. (No pets please.)
“All Friends” is for everyone—new members and Little Notch veterans alike. Hang out, reconnect with old friends, make new friends, go for a hike, swim, boat, do some arts and crafts, enjoy nature and the magic of Little Notch...the choice is yours. Join us for the annual membership meeting (open to the public at no charge) on Saturday, August 12 at 10:30 a.m., followed by the banquet at 5:00 p.m. Arrive Friday after 3:00 p.m.; depart by 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Cost for 3 overnights (includes food): Adults–$140; Children–$105. Children 5 and under are free. Banquet only: $25/adult; $15/child. Attending the public membership meeting is FREE. Partial weekend rates (one- or two-night stays and day-only) are available on the registration form.

Camp Little Notch is here for everyone! Open camping provides the perfect opportunity to get outside, unplug, share the beauty of the land, breathe deeply, and explore nature. Memorial Day Weekend, Father's Day Weekend, and the Adirondack Balloon Festival Weekend are all designated as open camping weekends. Open camping is possible at other times when the girls summer program is not in session and the camp has not been reserved for an event or rental group. Please join us in witnessing spring exploding all over camp! Water will be singing, small patches of snow still sleeping in the back woods. Perhaps some early geese will be on the lake. Join us as we hike into camp to check on the property and enjoy the amazing spring version of our favorite place in the world. It s a pretty easy hike in, and such a great opportunity to see how spring emerges in the Adirondacks. Great day for kids and families! You can bring your dog! (Please bring written proof of rabies vaccination.) We are hoping to hike the Furnace Trail and also to check out the new Harmony Trail. Our Stewards will start to bring the water system online, clear some paths, and take notice of repairs needed for our Summer Season. We really hope to see you at camp!
